Description
Introduction
Climate Change, conflict and global economic instability are driving a rise in humanitarian emergencies around the world. These crises significantly increase the risk of malnutrition among affected populations, in turn leading to higher morbidity and mortality rates. While there are effective measures available to prevent and treat malnutrition during emergencies, a key challenge is the lack of trained personnel with expertise in emergencies.
